I agree, it should be C. But we should let society decide that, and not Frank’s or Tom’s (or Harry’s) wealth.

That is why I am in favour of giving everyone the same amount of power to contribute to the decision-making, but to allow them not to use it all, and to reuse it for other things instead.

(Note: this is still not ideal. The market value of the ‘tokens’ is fixed, but the relative significance of, say, £50 worth of votes in a Scottish referendum will be a lot less to JK Rowling than to Dougal McDougal who earns the minimum wage.)
