Yeah, I think the real issue with the inevitable lack of a robust way of objectively determining the added value of an employee — not just at the BBC, but in most cases — means that isolating true sexist bias is almost impossible. And as you said before, some of that bias is historic, rather than, well, for want of a better word, acute.

Finding the actual page of a Hidden Brain podcast is something that has always baffled me — for some reason there is no direct link from the directory page to individual episodes.
